Smart Pix Manager is not as intuitive as other programs. The download function from the camera to the computer was cumbersome. In other programs, it is automatic. Smart Pix offers product support through a brief tutorial, tips, FAQs, a user forum and email; they do not offer telephone support. 

For the price Smart Pix offers a good collection of features, however it may take more time for new users to master. Look to the side-by-side comparison chart for products with a higher ease-of-use score.
