I use Picasa and Google Web Albums to manage and share my photos. Picasa is a great little product and best of all, it's free. It is very easy to use and makes it easy to correct mistakes in your photos such as poor lighting and red eye. It also has a number of effects that you can add to photos if you're into making your photos look fancy. It is perfect for what I use it for. The one thing I'd like to see in future versions is more editing options.
