iView Media is a good image manager that can import digital images from a camera, scanner, a file or a removable device – quickly and easily. On the other hand, it does not include a large selection of editing or enhancing tools.
You can import images, audio files, animations, movies, illustrations, EPS, DTP documents, fonts, text and HTML documents and easily create slide shows or an HTML gallery. You can create photo catalogs organized by names, keywords, date, categories etc.
iView Media enables you to perform most operations from one screen, so you won’t be bouncing all over the place and you can view your folders by thumbnails or lists. This program is easy enough for novices to use after a little trial and error, however help is limited should you need it. The program does not contain an inter–program help section just a user manual. Online they maintain a user forum, FAQs and email support.
This product is an excellent, easy to use multi–media manager, nonetheless offers few editing or enhancing tools. Yet this product will run on Macs and may be a good choice for Macintosh users that need a media organizer.
